QSSP- Qualified Safety Sales Professional

How do you, as a safety equipment professional, distinguish yourself from general industrial sales representatives? Safety sales, marketing and customer service personnel need a high level of technical and regulatory expertise to increase credibility with their customers and their employers, and to more completely identify and meet the needs of their customers.

QSSP is a training course designed to enhance participant expertise and knowledge in critical technical and regulatory areas of occupational health & safety. QSSP also builds confidence and credibility with customers and employer. Designed for maximum benefit in minimum time, the course covers core elements of occupational health and safety including industrial hygiene in one intensive, week-long session. Participants who successfully complete the course and the QSSP Competency Exam receive a certificate of recognition, are listed in the QSSP directory and can use the QSSP designation in all of their business practices. All participants receive excellent reference materials they will find to be very useful after the courses.

Who Should Attend?

QSSP is for anyone involved in sales, marketing or support services related to occupational health and safety whose effectiveness could be enhanced by increased technical and regulatory expertise and competence. This includes, but is not limited to, sales representatives (both inside and outside), customer service personnel, sales and marketing managers, product development personnel and marketing personnel.

This course is ideally suited for participants with 1-7 years of safety industry experience. Certificates will be awarded only to participants with 2 or more years experience or upon completion of 2 years of industry experience.
